Review Description
We signed a contract stating “door to door” service. When the car was delivered, the driver said the closest he could deliver the car was 1/2 hour away. Global knew this , but failed to tell us. There was a large parking lot across the street from the delivery address . Very deceiving. They did not tell us until after the fact that in some cities trucks can’t drive in certain areas.
