First Class Auto Transport - Review

First Class Auto Transport was a great overall experience! They were very reliable from the first phone call until the drop off destination. They were helpful and knowledgeable in answering any of my questions or concerns. My pickup was on time and arrived earlier than anticipated, with my car intact, the same way it was picked up. They were a pleasure to work with and provided outstanding, cost efficient transport for my vehicle. I look forward to working with them again!  (more)

I had a booking with Class Auto Transport Corp and i can tell you that the possible owner “ Mr. Pedro” is the most arrogant and obnoxious person I have ever have to deal with. My service was to pick up 2 vehicles from Las Vegas to Miami; Pedro believes the world evolves around him. He shows up at Las Vegas, Nevada without any heads up nor any scheduled time and is ready to pick up the vehicles at a hurry. After a few days he calls you from Miami that he is 5 minutes away from the destination at around 5pm when banks are closed. I learned at that point that he wants only cash and no check or money order is accepted. He is very rude and his level of service is at a poor level. Luckily the vehicles are fine but I can only imagine having to deal with this character if there was an issue with the transport. Folks, paying a little more is worth a peace of mind.  (more)

This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I had some hesitations, but after getting into touch with first class auto transport I thought they would be the one to go with. I had to handle my entire transaction from overseas, but they were always just an email away, always eager to answer any questions, and It was obviously seen that they worked hard to get my vehicle that was being stored at a relative's house in Alabama to our new house in Utah. If I ever have to ship a vehicle again, or know of someone who needs it, I will surely recommend First class Auto Transport and their team of professionals. Big thanks for you guys.  (more)

It was a wonderful experience. The most important thing is faith and promptness. They were a day a late, but they kept me up to date each step up the way so it was not a surprise. In addition, they were very sensible, about 100 dollars less than competitors. I live on a very rough highway and they drove the car right to my house for me. really door to door service  (more)

the carrier was 1st Class Auto Transport of Fayetteville, NC.The 1st Class Auto Transport driver was Ryan Snow. He was an extraordinary young man who seemed to really enjoy his work. Few things in life go perfectly, but 1st Class Auto Transport did about as wonderful a job as is possible for me.  (more)
