Review Description
On August 15, 2012, I hired First Class Auto Transport LLC and paid $850.00 to transport my vehicle from California to Georgia. My vehicle was delivered in Georgia with a broken windshield and numerous deep scratches on the body. First Class Auto Transport LLC has not taken responsibility for the damages or assisted in resolving this claim as promised. First Class Auto Transport LLC claims the company they hired to transport my vehicle, Seint Auto Transport Inc, is responsible for the damage, but they are unable to get in touch with them. The damage and repair to my vehicle exceeded $3,000. First Class Auto Transport LLC has not been vigilant in responding to my phone calls once informed my car had been damaged in delivery. I followed First Class Auto Transport LLC requirements as stated in the contract and reported the claim immediately to both First Class Auto Transport LLC and Seint Auto Transport Inc. Josh Dollar with First Class Auto Transport LLC assured me the claim would be resolved. After numerous failed attempts to communicate with First Class Auto Transport LLC and Seint Auto Transport, I contacted my auto insurance company. As of November 1, 2012 First Class Auto Transport LLC has not resolved my claim and refuses to refund the $850.00 I paid to transport my vehicle. Also, according to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Seint Auto Transport Inc USDOT Number: 1693301 are no longer licensed to operate. This has been a nightmare ordeal. I would strongly recommend NOT hiring First Class Auto Transport LLC as a broker to transport your vehicle. First Class Auto Transport LLC does not use good judgment selecting their carriers nor does First Class Auto Transport LLC take any responsibility or offer any assistance with the damage claims.
