: Across Country Transport
I contacted John Sykes at Auto Drive-Away in Phoenix. He gave me an accurate and very reasonable quote to have my Acura MDX delivered from Phoenix to the Tidewater area of Virginia. My MDX was delivered by F & S Auto Carriers on time and in the perfect condition. They called me to make a meet-up place for me to receive my MDX. The transport carrier was too large to drive down my new street. The drivers were very friendly and we went over my car again. My daughter is moving east from Phoenix next month so I called F & S for transport of her car since my experience with them was good. Again, a very good quote. I will let you know with a follow-up review on the transportation of her Honda. (more)

: Damaged Vehicle
I used this carrier 2 yrs ago and got great service. When I called them to transport another vehicle I found that their name changed and the carrier advised me it was due to them receiving a lot of complaints. The second car FandS transported for me arrived with a lot of problems. They busted off my driver side mirror. When they picked my car up in AZ they put it on the bottom of the truck when it arrived in NC it was on the top and they obviously drove the car of the truck with the emergency break on because the emergency break did not work upon arrival. When I called the office the girl that answered would not discuss the issue with me she kept telling me I had to talk to the owner. The owner would not call me but when I finally got throught o him he would come up with a lot of excuses as to why they are not responsible for the damages they did to my BMW745i. If I had the time I would take FandS to small claims court. I would recomend you DO NOT use this company to transport your vehicle unless your willing to pay out for repairs once your vehicle arrives at its destination. (more)

: Horrid Experience
The MOST Traumatic experience of my life. F$S Picked up my car on July 6 , 2010 from New Jersey the never came to home to deliver the car, never called me, never emailed me, never left a message, never mailed me or anything 2 weeks later I Called them and they told me my car was sent to storage. How dare they send my car to storage instead of delivering it! they held my car ransom never delivered it took it straight to storage after pick up
never contacted me, charged 25$ dollars for each day it was in storage I begged F&S to please deliver my car at the contracted price, they refuse to delivery my car unless I paid them hundreds of dollars extra Had to contact the FBI, BBB, Arizona Attorney General, and finally a Lawyer to get my car back. for 5 whole months I had to live with out a car in Arizona. My lawyer finally got a hold of my car on November 22, 2010! F&S showed no sympathy to a family who moved across the country. I lost my job, my daughter missed a semester of school and nearly lost my home due to the non-delivery of my car. Save your self the trouble and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY a shipping job that was supposed to cost me 925$ ended up costing me $1500 They were brokered through PDQ auto-transport company ..make sure if you hire a broker that THEY DO NOT SEND F&S TO PICK UP YOUR CAR. THEY ARE A TERRIBLE AND THEY ARE RATED 3 STARS FOR A REASON They will, lie,, bully and extort you. Please contact the BBB if if you receive unsatifactory service, the moving industry is very sketchy and we all must take a stand. (more)

I used to F&S AUTO Carriers relocate my first car a month ago and that experience was very good. So I used them to relocate my second car, which is in this review. My experience with this order was excellent again. I would recommend them to other customers. (more)

: A great experience
I contacted them about 8 days before the moving day , a simple call make everything went well within the short period.Representative of this company were very responsive and explained me the whole transport process and gained my confidence on the transport process. Unfortunately the trucker had some problems that made him nine hours late in picking the car up but he was very prompt in communicating.Once car was picked everything went perfect.My car arrived on time as planned.I'd happily recommend using F&S Auto Carriers to anyone who needs this type of service. It actually was a very simple and wonderful experience. Thank you very much, job well,well done !!!!!! (more)

I have used F&S Auto Carriers twice and I would go through them again. I had two vehicles shipped to Florida using F&S transport and the cars were delivered on time and in the same condition as they left my house. My car was delivered in time but it was dirty. But the driver was very responsible and explained me the situation which was understandable. I would highly recommend F&S Auto Carriers to anyone who needed to transport cars. (more)

The driver was very polite and was very helpful and everything went well. F&S Auto Carriers was the most reasonably priced, no hassle, did just what they said .The whole transportation service was carried out in a very satisfactory manner. Thank you for your service.
