Review Description

I used this carrier 2 yrs ago and got great service. When I called them to transport another vehicle I found that their name changed and the carrier advised me it was due to them receiving a lot of complaints. The second car FandS transported for me arrived with a lot of problems. They busted off my driver side mirror. When they picked my car up in AZ they put it on the bottom of the truck when it arrived in NC it was on the top and they obviously drove the car of the truck with the emergency break on because the emergency break did not work upon arrival. When I called the office the girl that answered would not discuss the issue with me she kept telling me I had to talk to the owner. The owner would not call me but when I finally got throught o him he would come up with a lot of excuses as to why they are not responsible for the damages they did to my BMW745i. If I had the time I would take FandS to small claims court. I would recomend you DO NOT use this company to transport your vehicle unless your willing to pay out for repairs once your vehicle arrives at its destination.
