: terrible work experience
The customer service over the phone is terrible. I have had to repeatedly request an invoice for services rendered and over a month has passed and our company still has been unable to be provided a receipt. They quickly accepted payment but are incredibly rude and slow at producing an invoice. (more)

: Fantastic job
I did a lot of research in internet before choosing them, since I had never shipped a car before. My car was picked up on a monday night, the driver drove through the night and delivered it the following morning. Delivery was as promised, the price was right and the communication was exactly what was necessary to make the whole process easy. There was absolutely no damage to my vehicle i am glad that I used Express Delivery for vehicle transportation. I would definitely recommend people to consider Express Delivery for their vehicle transportation. (more)

Ryan contracted with express delivery inc. out of Spokane Washington to be the carrier. My car arrived in NY with 1303 extra miles on it and caked full of MUD throughout the wheel wells, engine compartment and between the catalytic converter and heat shield. Car was very dirty and even had an after market antenna on the car. (I removed the original and mailed it to NY so it wouldn't be stolen). I guess someone wanted to listen to the radio while it was being driven the 1300 miles!! The car was delivered to my son at 1030 at night, probably to hide its muddy condition. The driver informed my son that he would not take his car off the truck until he paid him and signed the bill of lading! I asked the manager at express delivery about this and his response was (more)
