: A Very Pleased First Time Customer.
Trying to arrange my sons move from California to Pennsylvania and finding a company that was reputable yet provided a reasonable expense for shipment, was very time-consuming and scarey. Once you begin to check on the various companies, you begin to read horror stories about these services. We were very fortunate to have chosen Cosmos Auto. They offered the most reasonable price, arrived on the preferred date of pickup, delivered the vehicle the date we were told and delivered the car right to the door. We were very pleased and surprised that everything happened without a hitch and would highly recommend Cosmo Auto to anyone trying to decide which carrier to choose.

Seemingly normal for the business. The nature of the auto hauling routine is to find cars to haul... along the way and then back. Understanding this helps the customers tolerance with lateness. We await the arrival of our new car, hopefully unscathed while being mechanically locked in to the carrier. Car is in town but the trailer hydraulics are down. So.... we wait (more)

Pickup and delivery marked never because I cancelled prior to pickup. Mark Bolton as I have seen will reply with his side of the story with my name and number so I will go ahead and provide it...please feel free to contact me for my experience Kevin Howard 713.824.1884 kevin.howard at odfjell.com. And COSMOS' story will undoubtedly make me out to be some bad, overbearing, jackwagon...so be it. This was a frustrating and horrible experience.
Read the contract carefully as it is extremelyone sided which is OK if COSMOS would have been upfront and upheld their end of the contract and even if you abide by the contract, miracles happen in different time zones like finding a carrier after looking for two weeks and requesting cancellation mere hours ago so you are not afforded the opportunity to react and respond.
I lost 50.00 in this ordeal which I feel to be a savings compared to the customer service received or lack thereof. I would suggest finding another transporter. (more)

After reading other customers reviews I feel that I was stupid to believe that they were a reliable company I became a victim of Cosmos Auto Transport
Is there any government agency that reviews their work They should be out of business They are just terrible Do not be fooled by their nice approach to close the order you will then regret it
Do not expect to find any type of support to assist with issues you will not receive any from them Please do not do this to yourself (more)

: Trustworthy folks
It was my first time employing a transport co. Site unseen, not recommended by anyone, just found them online. They weren't the cheapest of the highest, But they provided excellent service, I've just recommended them to a friend. (more)

: Fearless transportation.
Great service will continue to use for all shipping needs. Rates are good and they are always on time for pickup and delivery. When I call I can always track the car soon. No trouble and they are customer friendly. Fearless transaction and I will recommend it to all for safe transportation. (more)
