Pickup and delivery marked never because I cancelled prior to pickup. And COSMOS' story will undoubtedly make me out to be some bad, overbearing, jackwagon...so be it. This was a frustrating and horrible experience. Read the contract carefully as it is extremelyone sided which is OK if COSMOS would have been upfront and upheld their end of the contract and even if you abide by the contract, miracles happen in different time zones like finding a carrier after looking for two weeks and requesting cancellation mere hours ago so you are not afforded the opportunity to react and respond. I lost 50.00 in this ordeal which I feel to be a savings compared to the customer service received or lack thereof. I would suggest finding another transporter.
