: These Guys SUCK.
Cars Arrive should be named Cars Arrive when they damn well please. This company is 100% a complete joke. Had a hard time getting 3 cars picked up to start with. I was supposed to receive my 3 cars on Saturday but here it is Tuesday and I still do not have them. Apparently they just dropped them off at a towing company without getting the rates worked out first. Now the towing company wants their money and arenot getting it. Their customer service sucks and if I could find somebody in person, they had get their ass kicked. Stay as far away from the douchebags at Cars Arrive as you can. They SUCK and you will regret doing business with them. I sure do. If I could leave a zero star review, that would be more accurate because zero stars is what these a$$holes deserve..

Not sure what the other reviewers are complaining about, but CarsArrive gets a solid 5 in my book. Excellent communication throughout the process, great availability, and reliable service. I would refer people to CarsArrive without any hesitation. (more)

: Horrible service, late delivery, grease all over my interior
CarsArrive promised to deliver my car from Virginia to Seattle within 16 days. It took 31. Customer service during the transport was terrible. When the car arrived, it was filthy inside.
The problems started almost immediately. The tow company that was supposed to pick up the car to bring it to the CarsArrive “terminal” in Virginia never received notice to pick up the car. They only found out about the car after I called them to ask when they were picking it up.
Customer service was awful. They acted concerned about the delivery date of my car but it was all fake. One time, the customer service agent promised to call me back with an update “within 15 minutes” but never did. The next day I had to call to get an update. Another time after I complained with an agent and asked why my car was more than two weeks late, she was pleasant during the phone call and acted genuinely concerned. But after the call, she neglected to hang up the phone properly and I could hear her talking to other staff about me. She was laughing and saying things like, “He repeated himself 27 times!” and wished I would “Put a lid on it!” Needless to say, that didn’t give me much confidence that working on the late delivery was important to them.
When my car finally arrived after 31 days, the interior was filthy from grease. The car has a light colored interior and there were many grease stains all over the seat, center console, door, and carpet.
This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I can remember ever having with any company. I would never use this company again. (more)

: DISHONEST, CAUSED DAMAGE
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There were multiple scratches on my car including 2 on the inside drivers seat window. Also a large one on the rocker panel--possibly from a lift? (more)

: Best experience with a vendor in a long time
We regularly use various vendors for our business and are normally given average service. For the first time transporting a car in July. The customer service was unparalleled and we could not be happier with the result. I would recommend Cars Arrive to anyone without hesitation. (more)

: I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!
Paid $1,295.00 on May 25.
Car was dropped off ON TIME May 30. It is now June 14 and my car has NOT been moved. I relocated to CA from NC. I am highly disappointed. Dependable Auto Shippers is the reason I chose them because they are great. NEVER AGAIN!!! (more)

: Dont waste your time or money
I have had a vehicle missing since March 8th. The truck hauling the car back broke down. I was told 5 day delay. 25 days later the vehicle is still missing. No one at Carsarrive has placed any effort into a remedy. They finally sent another transporter last week and promised a weekend delivery. I just received a notification the vehicle was picked up today, 2 days after expected delivery. Save your time and money. (more)

: Damaged my car
Vehicle was delivered at midnight. I was asked for signature in the mid of a road in my apartment and was urged to sign which I did professionally. They did not explain the process before the movement. Who can inspect a vehicle thoroughly in the mid of a road in midnight ? I called and reported next day and sent a mail with pics in a couple of days. They raised a claim and asked me to go to multiple places for getting an estimate and finally after wasting my time on these items, finally they rejected my claim and were very rude in their response. The worst management and handlders, drivers ever. (more)

: AWFUL! DO NOT USE!
WORST company I have EVER dealt with. They never provide updates, answer their phones or provide any level of customer service. They were rude to my customer and basically told me to stop calling them. Car is currently a day late. Driver will not answer me or call me back. People in office are useless, except for Luke who has been the only one answering and returning my calls when he does get in touch with the driver. Please do not use this carrier. (more)
