CarsArrive promised to deliver my car from Virginia to Seattle within 16 days. It took 31. Customer service during the transport was terrible. When the car arrived, it was filthy inside. The problems started almost immediately. The tow company that was supposed to pick up the car to bring it to the CarsArrive “terminal” in Virginia never received notice to pick up the car. They only found out about the car after I called them to ask when they were picking it up. Customer service was awful. They acted concerned about the delivery date of my car but it was all fake. One time, the customer service agent promised to call me back with an update “within 15 minutes” but never did. The next day I had to call to get an update. Another time after I complained with an agent and asked why my car was more than two weeks late, she was pleasant during the phone call and acted genuinely concerned. But after the call, she neglected to hang up the phone properly and I could hear her talking to other staff about me. She was laughing and saying things like, “He repeated himself 27 times!” and wished I would “Put a lid on it!” Needless to say, that didn’t give me much confidence that working on the late delivery was important to them. When my car finally arrived after 31 days, the interior was filthy from grease. The car has a light colored interior and there were many grease stains all over the seat, center console, door, and carpet. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I can remember ever having with any company. I would never use this company again.
