: Good experience.
After reading the various reviews I thought ...this might be a bad thing... But cool heads do prevail. The was a mix up in the destination that caused me some undue stress. Myself and Barbara form Blue Bonnet just found out that there are two Rosedales in NY. The driver took the job thinking he was going to Westchester County not Queens. We he found out the were some issues.... But Barbara admitted the mistake and refunded me some money. To me admitting an error these days can be monumental.....The driver called me and to me that instead of Friday evening, the car would be at the meeting location Saturday morning. I wanted the car Friday. He understood my urgency and delivered the car that evening. Overall the car was in good shape. Barbara, contrary to some of these other reviews was a very nice and apologetic person.

: Highly recommend
Quick booking of my enclosed move with a reputable carrier (Pacific Auto), the vehicle was moved in record time and the driver delivering (driver for the company that did the actual transport, bluebonnet is the broker as is typical in this industry) was friendly. Lost one star because the original insurance certificate for car hauler was incorrect and led to some undue stress but all worked out in the end. They moved a Porsche with GT3 body kit so you can trust them to find a enclosed carrier that can move exotic cars safely. I worked with Thomas. (more)

: Experienced Great Customer Service
I used Bluebonnet to transport a company Lexus from Sacramento to Dallas and our experience was a good one. The car was picked up when promised and delivered earlier than expected. We plan to use this company again in the very near future. (more)

may be I am the unluckyone. They are the worst business owner I have ever seen. Dishonest and very nasty on phone. They should be out of business. I DISLIKE THEM. Do not know how they should treat customer. We are the one keeping them in business. NOT me any more. (more)

I waited more than a month for delivery from an additional company, they would not go back phone calls and are overall @ss*****. Bluebonnet had it here in 10 days (bfe montana) and just charged a part more. Still real cheap! With enormous service. They were simple to deal with. Some companies quoted double and triple. Would use once more and highly suggest them. (more)

I have been using Bluebonnet Auto Transport for more than 3 years now. They shift all of our vehicles. Barbara, Barbie and Thomas are all top notch. Never had 1 single issue with this company, they have moved over 150 vehicles for us. Thanks guys. (more)
