Review Description

After reading the various reviews I thought ...this might be a bad thing... But cool heads do prevail. The was a mix up in the destination that caused me some undue stress. Myself and Barbara form Blue Bonnet just found out that there are two Rosedales in NY. The driver took the job thinking he was going to Westchester County not Queens. We he found out the were some issues.... But Barbara admitted the mistake and refunded me some money. To me admitting an error these days can be monumental.....The driver called me and to me that instead of Friday evening, the car would be at the meeting location Saturday morning. I wanted the car Friday. He understood my urgency and delivered the car that evening. Overall the car was in good shape. Barbara, contrary to some of these other reviews was a very nice and apologetic person.
