: BEWARE - FRAUDSTERS
Available Logistics (aka Quicktime Movers) are brokers, not truckers. Stay away from brokers and only hire actual truckers. Read my story to understand why…
Available Logistics originally quoted me a price of $585 to move my Prius from North Florida to Central Texas. To my surprise, the final bill ended up being $850. I had no option but to pay, or else my car would not have been unloaded.
A few months after my car was delivered, I received a call from the transportation company that transported my car. They told me that Available Logistics was attempting to sue them for not delivering my car. I had to send the transportation company an affidavit that my car was in fact delivered so that they could defend themselves from Available Logistics fraudulent claim.
Available Logistics aka. Quicktime Movers (especially Al) are total FRAUDSTERS and LYING THIEVES.

: Scammers..Beaware
I had a horrible experience with AVL transporters. I was initially quoted $425 and the guy Anthony keep on calling me to get the contract sign. Once the contract is signed, Anthony wnated $175 as broker fee. The car was picked up on time and immediately after the car pick up, i got an email that driver is asking for an extra $200. If you do not agree to this, they will try to look for another carrier. I never agreed to it and when I called in the AVL dispatcher the guy told me u signed the contract. When I told the AVL dispatcher, I'm going to post negative reviews about your scam company everywhere. The guy at 855-550-5570 told that he will google me and screw me so bad and even sue me. That made me laugh since he was doing scam and being dishonest. ultimately, I ended up paying $625 for the car instead of $425. I got screwed since I have gotten better quotes in the range $500-$550.
Feel free to email me if you have any questions.

: NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOUR CAR!!!
Similar to the others, I was caught in the deposit trap.
I was promised a quick pick up and sent the deposit, but was then left to rot with a low ball contract that they had no intention of fulfilling.
I got my car three weeks later and instead of paying $555 upon delivery, I was charged $1100.00 cash and had to pay up or else they were going to put my car in storage and charge me more fees on top of their inflated charges.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP YOUR CAR!
DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!
DO NOT SIGN OR AGREE TO THEIR CONTRACT. (more)

: Not Honest with Customers
I have never complained about a company before and am happy to pay a fair fee for any service. All I ask is that a company is up-front and honest with their customers. My complaint about this organization is that they are not up-front about the expense of using their services and I believe that this is intentional.
My agreement with Available Logistics was to move my grandmother’s vehicle from Arizona to Texas for $540.00. There was never a discussion of a $175.00 broker fee until after I made a deposit and I received the contract. When I did see the contract verbiage "Exclusive of Broker Fee" I asked about it and the response was that the $540.00 was the TOTAL FEE. (I have emails to prove all of this)
However when Available Logistics' driver delivered my grandmother's car he refused to release the car unless she paid an additional $175.00 cash. She paid it and they refuse to return it.
Here are the facts:
I inquired about car transportation services on August 19th, 2011 and received 9 emails from Available Logistics that same day. I have each email (completely unaltered)and can supply all of these emails with dates/time stamps.
Starting with the second email it is stated clearly right at the top NO HIDDEN FEES. In the third email it states "The price I give you has no hidden fees and is all-inclusive". In the fourth email it states "Our method of pricing is "guaranteed” and there are no additional charges not like many companies.
After the fourth email I spoke with Larry. I asked why the price was lower than some of the other transporters. He stated that they had a cancellation and they needed to fill a slot on the truck. He said to move forward I needed to do an online deposit of $175.00 (via online check depositing) and he would email me the contract. I received the contract only AFTER I gave the deposit. I'd like to note that I emailed and stated that I was only submitting my deposit based on the quote of $540.
Then the contract comes in the email - I notice that there is language that says "Exclusive of Broker Fee". This is something we had not discussed so I sent an email to Larry asking, "Larry - there is mention of a broker fee. Is that included in the all inclusive price you gave me of 540.00? Thanks!". Larry responds via email, " Hi Jennifer, $540 is the total price. You left $175 deposit, so all you have to pay on delivery is $365. The driver accepts cash, postal money orders or certified checks…..no checks, no credit or debit cards."
Based on this email I moved forward with this transaction.
The car was picked up as planned, the driver was friendly and professional and there were no issues until the driver dropped the car off and would not release the car to my grandmother for the $365 cash (as stated in the email would be the price). My grandmother gave him an additional $175 cash so he would release her vehicle.
Unfortunately I was out of town and she was unable to reach me.
When I arrived home I immediately emailed Larry. I should state that this email was on 8/29/11 which is the day after the car was delivered. I requested at this time that the $175 be returned to my grandmother and gave him all of the information that I have given you. I didn’t receive any response.
I emailed Larry again on September 19th and stated that if he did not respond I would escalate the issue. Only at this point did I get a response via email which states that it was in the contract. But when I asked about the contract via email and he responded in email "that the $540 was all inclusive." Oh and I should also state that I never signed the contract!!
Available Logistics' responses to me have been rude and unprofessional. I don't appreciate it. Also, I would like to note that I’m not the only one with this experience. There are multiple reviews being posted at http://www.transportreviews.com/company/available-logistics.asp. I only wish these reviews were available prior to my doing business with Available Logistics.
So - In short! Don't use this company and if you have had a bad experience with them as well I hope you are getting the word out there so others don't follow in our footsteps!!! (more)

: Complete Dishonesty!
First, Available logistics are brokers. They don't move the car, they post a price on a board, and trucking companies pick it up/deliver it. For this they charge a "broker fee" of $175
I had signed up for one company when I got an email from "larry" (who also answers to Al)claiming there was a cancellation on the route so that to fill the spot he was offering a discount. Received eMails from "Larry" noting "Our prices are straight forward and allow for the trucker and our commission to be paid. Our method of pricing is "guaranteed” and there are no additional charges not like many companies. The price I give you is all-inclusive and includes full insurance free of deductibles and our customized door-to-door executive service. Let's get started today, I gave you a great discount to only $775. The balance of $600 is paid upon delivery."
When i got the contract i saw it said $775 exclusive of broker fees. I called and said that it was to be inclusive. He agreed so I made sure that when the contract that i crossed out the exclusive and wrote in inclusive. They now deny that it holds anything as they did not initial the change.
When they called for the truck they wanted over $1000! They called and yelled at me saying I didn't read the contract (which contradicts everything they say in their eMails about it not changing the price).
They make you pay by check as then you can't dispute the charges afterwards.
I was on and off the phone with them screaming at/harrassing me about how i didn't read the contract and anything I said didn't mean anything. This also continued in email with follow ups of them trying to force me into saying I had the price wrong and should pay more. I wanted to cancal but even if you cancel they still get a $75 administrative fee (which the other brokers don't have)
Horrendous customer service. I have tons of eMail chains to back it up as well. If possible, I'll be taking them to small claims court!
I have eMail chains like you wouldn't believe and just wish i had recorded the phone conversations. My husband couldn't believe what they were saying (had it on speakerphone as I got tired of holding the phone to my ear for so long and was so frustrated in their complete dishonesty!) (more)

They designated a drop lot in Phoenix with which they had never done business and the lot would not even accept my car. The deposit which was continually stated as refundable was absolutly not refundable. to escape the trap I was in after making the deposit, I was forced to close my bank accounts and open them under different account numbers. This was very upsetting. I never got a straight answer for any question that I asked them. (more)
