Review Description
They designated a drop lot in Phoenix with which they had never done business and the lot would not even accept my car. The deposit which was continually stated as refundable was absolutly not refundable. to escape the trap I was in after making the deposit, I was forced to close my bank accounts and open them under different account numbers. This was very upsetting. I never got a straight answer for any question that I asked them.
