Auto & Transport Solutions - Review

Arranged to have vehicle shipped though this atrocious company nearly 3 weeks prior to required shipment date. I spoke with Donna who assured me that the shipment would have no issues on that time frame. I am an active duty Soldier in the Army and needed my vehicle moved from Massachusetts to California for a permanent change of station move.. Donna requires payment up front and multiple documents to sign that basically allow them to take your money and forget about you, which is exactly what they did. I was completely ignored up to two days before my scheduled shipping date. I was calling Anthony non stop but was not able to get a hold of anyone. I was moving across the country and was left high and dry. They took my deposit and never got back to me and have still not reimbursed me. I have a lawyer dealing with the logistics on my side but Anthony was by far the WORST experience I have ever had. I found another moving company last minute, day before my cross country move and got it handled. I have yet to settle getting my money back but will not give up until I do.  (more)
