Review Description

Arranged to have vehicle shipped though this atrocious company nearly 3 weeks prior to required shipment date. I spoke with Donna who assured me that the shipment would have no issues on that time frame. I am an active duty Soldier in the Army and needed my vehicle moved from Massachusetts to California for a permanent change of station move.. Donna requires payment up front and multiple documents to sign that basically allow them to take your money and forget about you, which is exactly what they did. The shipment date arrived with no call, email or communication whatsoever.
