Auto Relocation Plus, Inc. - Review

AutoRelo was hired by my company to move my car. I've never moved out of state before so I was nervous. The customer service rep I dealt with educated me on the entire process. She was patient with all of my questions and follow up calls. My car was delivered exactly as I gave it to them. They were great.  (more)

I recently hired them to move my sons car to college. I went with another company first because they offered me a cheaper rate. They didn’t come through and his car sat for two and a half weeks. I finally called Auto Relocation Plus and Victor helped us get his car moved quickly so he could get to his classes. Vic was a nice guy to work with and so were the ladies that answered the phone. I was originally hesitant by the ratings I read, but decided to give them a chance anyway because they are a family owned business. I’m glad I did – and probably should have earlier.  (more)

In reading the online reviews, I was skeptical, however my move went without any challenges whatsoever. They were prompt, courteous and delivered my vehicle early without any damage. I was very happy with their follow up and service.  (more)

ARP moved my car as part of a corporate relocation. My car was on top of the car carrier, and the truck driver didn't make it under a bridge. My car had nearly $6,000 in damage. They also sat on the car for 4 days before they told me what had happened, and wouldn't tell me where it happened. Anyone reading this should know that ARP has substandard insurance. Their estimate of my vehicle's damage was $1600 vs. the nearly $6k that a reputable body shop AND my own insurance company estimated. The difference? They pay a labor rate of $26/hr. I can't even find a teenager to cut my grass for that low of an hourly rate. Then they tried to tell me that there are "approved" body shops that will do the work for this price - they were all chop shops. I finally was forced to submit a claim with my own insurance and have them subrogate against ARP's subpar insurance company to get the work done right. Not recommended  (more)

The driver was very polite and helpful. He called me several time to make the deliver as smooth as possible. Car was in perfect condition and transport time was stunning. He picked it up only one day of scheduling.  (more)
