This tow involved the owners who live in France and storing their car at my house. It involved two states which means it had to be done by a transport company before it get to Edys. Each step along the way I was kept abreast of what was happening and what would happen by text message from Edys. This was excellent and I could not ask for a better experience. I contacted many different carriers to transport from a small city in Idaho to Portland Oregon. This company was the only honest, upfront company I spoke to. They jumped right on my request, and found transport very quickly. Great communication, and a fair price. Would use Angels again anytime. Call Dina the owner. She is amazing.  (more)

My father drove a Triumph Stag that he purchased new. Now that he is 94, he no longer drives the car, and we decided the car would go to my brother who lives in Connecticut. My brothers and I all love that car, and we knew it needed some tender loving care to get across the country. My brother found Angels and arranged for the car to be picked up. Dina and her team were in communication with me all throughout the process, and the carrier, Dmitri, who picked up the car was incredibly helpful and efficient and the whole process of loading took under an hour. It was comforting to see how careful they were and when they left I felt confident the car would make its way across the country safely. Not every car is a beloved family heirloom, but Angels will certainly treat it like it is. If you need a car moved anywhere, The team at Angels will make sure it gets there.  (more)

Amanda is the BEST!!! This was my first time transporting a car and I like to do a lot of research so naturally, I was terrified by all the horror stories about shady brokers, crazy delays, and damage to the car in the auto transport industry. Needless to say, I was VERY selective in choosing a professional transport service. Angels came highly recommended by the dealer I bought the car from and Amanda did not disappoint. Super professional and everything went exactly as described. Absolutely no surprises. She made the process as smooth as possible with timely updates. There was a small 1-day delay but that is still pretty good and not an unreasonable delay. Sad to see there are negative reviews but my auto transport with Angels went smoothly without a hitch. Car came in perfect condition. I will not hesitate to use them again. Would recommend!  (more)

So glad I was referred to Angels Moving Autos by my girl Kellee Jackson. My car was picked up in Palo Alto, Ca and transported to Racine, Wisconsin in the time frame that I was told. I've used this company twice and, while it got my vehicle to the place I wanted it, my recent move involved the single-worst customer support experience I've ever had. Dina, the company's owner, seems to believe that it doesn't matter how terrible she treats her customers as long as the vehicle arrives in good condition. We called her yesterday to receive an update on the status of my vehicle, as we'd been dealing with some issues (the transporters truck broke down for a few days mid-transit). After reasonably requesting an update on the status of our valuable possession (it's a car, it costs a non-trivial amount of money, we're right to want to know where it is), Dina flew off the handle and snapped at us. At this point, my mother was taken aback and pushed back on Dina's extraordinarily disrespectful tone and language, which seemed to infuriate this woman even more. She finally relented and decided to bring on the transporter point of contact. As soon as this man got on the call, Dina dropped this bomb, with my mother able to hear all of this: "I have this rude, obnoxious customer on the line. She's probably fat and ugly." This is no joke. She said this verbatim. I do customer support for a living and I would be fired before I finished the call if I said something like this. Dina, then texted me, insulting my mother further. My girlfriend and father were both present for this call and corroborated my mother's story; Dina was vile and rude on the call. I called Dina today to demand an apology for the astoundingly terrible behavior she portrayed and she accused my family and my girlfriend of being liars and insinuated that it doesn't make any difference how terrible she was to us because the car arrived fine. Do not use this company. I was thinking about posting the name of the carrier here as they did a decent job getting the car over (though they did arrive for pickup two days early; royally screwing up my entire week), but any business that would associate themselves with such an awful manager should not receive your business. Dina appears to have some issues dealing with people; go ahead and check other review sites. You'll note that among the good reviews (likely from people that didn't ask Dina any "rude" questions such as "May I have a status update on my vehicle?") there are many that point out that Dina may be a borderline sociopath. Avoid at all costs.  (more)

I used this review board to find Angels. I called all the top 5 star companies, and found out that they were all brokers and did not have their own trucks. Dina explained the process thoroughly with patience. The other companies I talked with did not have the time to explain the process to me, they were ready to get my credit card. I am glad I picked Angels, everything went great, I got updates from Sam and Sarah while the vehicle was being hauled, and it arrived safe and sound. Don't be worried, call these guys, they are great!  (more)

Was contacted by Dina just hours after posting request. She explained the entire opperation from start to finish. Booked vehicle and two days later was contacted by driver with pick-up time. To say the least I was very pleased. My car was delivered on time. Will use again.  (more)

I contacted them about 10 days before the moving day. A simple call make everything went well within the short period. Good job! Actually the driver arrived one day earlier for delivery; he was waiting for me there. That is really nice.I admire the dedicated work of the members at Angels moving autos.
