I requested a quote online to shift my car. I had never shipped a car before but they walked through every step and it was easier than I thought. They treated me wonderfully. Sometimes auto transport can be a tricky business and it is inevitable that a company will run into a problem at some point. Using Allstate Transport minimizes this risk to practically zero, and I will definitely keep using them. Victoria and Natalie are awesome and they provide excellent communication. I contacted All States Car Transport on 4/5/11 to ship two of my vehicles; a 2007 Infiniti G35 and a 1999 Infiniti QX4 from Washington state to California. I spoke with a woman and was told that the cost of shipping the G35 would be $500 and the cost of shipping the QX4 would be $675 for a grand total of $1175. This included all taxes and fees. I was also told that I would have to pay a deposit of $300 ($150 for the G35 and $150 for the QX4) and that the remaining balance would have to be paid directly to the driver when they came to pickup my cars. A week prior to the scheduled pickup date, my QX4 was involved in a collision and due to the extent of the damage, had to be totaled out. As a result of this I no longer needed to ship my vehicle and contacted All States to let them know this. The person I spoke with said they would remove the second vehicle from the invoice and I would just need to pay $450 to the driver once my car was picked up. I told them that I had originally paid a deposit of $300 for 2 cars and that this price was significantly higher then what I had originally agreed to pay for shipping the G35. I was told that they didn’t have the ability to adjust the price but the difference would be refunded to me by the “finance person” once they came into the office the next day. The next day came and went and I did not hear from the finance person. I called again and spoke with someone who was extremely rude and said that the finance person was out today but to “not worry because she would call me”. I waited another couple of days and still did not hear from anyone. On the day of the move, I became worried and contacted All States again. This time I spoke with the original person that I booked through and she told me that the finance person’s son was sick so she hadn’t been in the office in a week. But she would personally deliver a message to her to call me when she came back in. The driver came and picked up my car and I reluctantly paid them the $450 since at that point I had no other option. The car was delivered to the destination in California. Over the next 2 weeks I called 3 or 4 times and kept hearing various excuses about the finance person ranging from she was out sick, to her son was sick, to she left work early. Each time I was told that she would be in the next day and would call me first thing in the morning. I never received any calls from them until I finally grew frustrated and threatened to contact the BBB. I finally got a call back from someone who said that they would not be crediting me for the difference because they had already shipped my car and that I was “out of luck”. I feel like All States gave me the run around and used lies, deception, and stalling tactics to cheat me out of additional money. I have contacted the BBB and requested that they credit me for the original deposit I paid for my QX4 of $150.  (more)

This against the company itself NOT the people who took care of me in the beginning. They charged my acct with the total amount back in June with a pick up scheduled in mid Aug.. Stayed home for 4 days waitting for the pick up which NEVER happened, NOR did they call. THEN they said they might have someone but his insurance was no good. THEN they said thay had a driver but he wanted more money. I said no I had a contract. THEN they called and said they had a driver that would pick the car up the NEXT day and deliver it 3 - 4 days later for the contract price. I said ok. AGAIN I waited around and didn't leave the house for 3 more days. NO ONE ever showed, AND NO ONE ever called. Called them for a refund since THEY broke the contract. (I waited 10 days from original pick up date so I could get a FULL refund) Even though they had had my money since June and we are now talking the End of Aug. They said it would take 3 - 5 days for them to get my money refunded. WELL, it is NOW SEPT and my credit card STILL had NOT been credited, so I have had to turn it over to my credit card company to handle. THIS COMPANY is BAD NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  (more)

I was so pleasantly surprised by the service i received. My drivers were on time and made it easy the pick-up was seem less. The transport time was less than one day. They followed the detailed instructions which i gave them perfectly and for the record i moved all 3 of my cars at the same time. They came out and my 3 vehicles are transported before the thanks giving holiday. The price was fair and less than every other quote I received. So I trust my car to these guys... I say I would use them again definitely.  (more)

I have worked with Allstate Transport for 2 years and they have moved quite a few vehicles for me. Each time I have been pleased with the price, as well as the service.
