Carol Eagan review for Allstate Transport

Review Description

This against the company itself NOT the people who took care of me in the beginning. They charged my acct with the total amount back in June with a pick up scheduled in mid Aug.. Stayed home for 4 days waitting for the pick up which NEVER happened, NOR did they call. THEN they said they might have someone but his insurance was no good. THEN they said thay had a driver but he wanted more money. I said no I had a contract. THEN they called and said they had a driver that would pick the car up the NEXT day and deliver it 3 - 4 days later for the contract price. I said ok. AGAIN I waited around and didn't leave the house for 3 more days. NO ONE ever showed, AND NO ONE ever called. Called them for a refund since THEY broke the contract. (I waited 10 days from original pick up date so I could get a FULL refund) Even though they had had my money since June and we are now talking the End of Aug. They said it would take 3 - 5 days for them to get my money refunded. WELL, it is NOW SEPT and my credit card STILL had NOT been credited, so I have had to turn it over to my credit card company to handle. THIS COMPANY is BAD NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
