Allstars Auto Transport - Review

Long overdue Thank you All Star Direct! Great Teamwork, price was very fair, punctual, caring with my car. I will most definitely be using them again soon. Lila and Chase found me a driver quickly and were very polite. They answered all my questions and showed impressive respectful teamwork. I received a good price from Mike A via email. I confirmed that this was in fact a firm price and was assured that it was and I would not have to pay more. I asked and was told they used thier own company trucks and were not simply a broker. THAT WAS A LIE. I provided a deposit via CC. I was told the car would be picked up within 5 days. The VERY NEXT day I was called by Dominic and told the driver wanted $180 more to pick up the car. I declined to pay more and that began 3 weeks of nightmarish phone calls and emails and requests for more money. In the end Dominic was rude and threatening and never did pick up my car, saying they couldn't find anyone to take it at that price. They refused to refund my deposit even after saying they would, and blamed me for the car never being picked up, saying I should be reasonable and pay more money, as " That's the way this industry is". STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN DEMAND MORE. AFTER A MONTH I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY $150 DEPOSIT. CROOKS!!  (more)
