Their team was exceptional and walked me through the entire process of shipping a lifted Range Rover Classic from Yuma, AZ to Washington D.C. The people who write nasty ratings should be punished for hurting a small businesses. When you try to ship a car and arrange logistics it is not easy. There is a lot to it and when you are ready to ship your car they can find you the lowest price and the best shippers. I believe All Star Direct negative ratings are based on spammers not real people. Take this from a person who never posts on Yelp unless I feel the need to do so. All Star Direct Auto Shippers are straight forward and get the job done. Lisa has been in constant communication with me and has been nothing but wonderful. I would give her a hug for working around my demanding difficult schedule. When I buy a car out of state again I will for sure use them.
