Allegiance Auto Shipping Inc - Review

These people are rude and very unprofessional. I simply called to get a quote and had a few questions , the dude who answered was super rude and caught an attitude with me after I had asked a very nicely if he could repeat himself because it was hard to hear him over the phone. Then the idiot had the nerve to hang up on me. When I called back a woman answered and she was obviously covering for him when I asked to speak to him again. After that, there was no way I trusted these people with my car, a bunch of shifty nuts. Stay away.  (more)

It is very difficult to get ahold of anyone at the office, the phone just rings and rings, they are not responsive to phone or emaill messages.I am beginning to wonder if this business just took my deposit and is not going to provide service.  (more)

My vehicle was shipped by Allegiance and my experience was horrible. I paid extra for a specific day pick up they wanted to pick up the car early, when the car was delivered it was parked in an area that I was given a ticket, and finally the roof of my car was DAMAGED!!! When the car was returned it was so dirty I couldn't see the damages and I'm 5'1 so I could easily see the roof of my car. Once the car was washed and I was above it I noticed the damage a day later. As I had not signed the form at delivery claiming damages I'm now being told I many not get coverage. The damage was caused by something metal hitting the roof of my car...it's not a ding on the side that I could have caused! I have been trying to get my car repaired now for over a month and of course now Allegiance does not want to take responsibility as they are just the BROKER and NOT THE CARRIER. Translated means.... "legally we don't have to take responsibility. We will just take a fee for hiring someone else to do the job and then not hold them responsible for the damage. We are not the insured party so we don't have to worry about your claim. Thank you for your payment!!!" Do not use this company!!! If something goes wrong the promises of amazing service from the sweet voiced young lady will not be followed through. FIND A DIRECT CARRIER otherwise your throwing your money away and will have no coverage.  (more)

The customer service at Allegiance Auto Shipping was great! Sara and Jessie made me feel very comfortable with leaving the transport of my 2 cars in the very capable hands of their dispatch department. Anthony, from dispatch, contacted me personally on my first available pick up day to let me know that there was a driver in my area ready to pick up my cars. I was blown away with the professional service I experienced with Allegiance and the driver.  (more)

I chose Allegiance Auto because of the overall great reviews they have on this site. Another reason is because they have a very good rating with the BBB. And the last reason is because their price was very competitive with the other companies. Asher, my representative was very clear when explaining how the pick up process works and everything went as expected. There were no surprises and no hidden fees (like some of the stories I have read on this site with other companies). Allegiance really followed through on their promises and I appreciate all of their hard work.  (more)

I had contracted with a different broker to move my car from North Carolina to Texas. I paid them a deposit over two months in advance but they could never get the car picked up when I needed. I waited almost a month until I could not wait any longer. I then contacted Allegiance and spoke with Joe. He was very helpful in taking my order and even found a driver to pick up my car the day after I made the order with him. My car was picked up in the end by a sub contractor that Allegiance Auto found. I wish I would have contacted them sooner, but at least my car was finally shipped.
