I NEVER write reviews but the service was so extraordinary I owe it to Joe, Henry and Carol to share my experience online. Other brokers-agents tried to convince me to ship my brand new 2015 BMW M5 in an OPEN truck; Joe explained the process and benefits of shipping my BMW in an ENCLOSED-COVERED transport; in detail and with no pressure. The extra money I spent on protecting my new investment was worth every penny. When the truck arrived I knew I made a wise decision. Henry and his wife were polite and METICULOUSLY CAREFUL with my car when loading it in Arizona, and even more so when unloading it in front of my house. Needed a car transported from Texas to Pennsylvania. Kind of an emergency situation. I called friends and got hooked up with Ian at A-AAA auto transport. All I can say is wow with the service. I called on Friday morning and they had the car picked up same day and delivered the following Tuesday. I will definitely be referring anyone who asks for transport assistance to this company. I contracted this company in Monarch Beach, California to transport my car from NY to LA on Jan. 17th, 2012. The pick up was scheduled for Jan. 30. By Feb 7th the car still had not been picked up even though I called everyday. False promises were made daily. On Feb 8th All American Auto Transport of Monarch Beach, Ca, agreed to refund my payment for $915. It's been three weeks and I have still not received my refund. Tony, the manager I spoke with daily, was dishonest and unprofessional. The last two times I called about my refund, he hung up on me. I have called the corporate office at 213-254-2457 and no one has bothered to return my call. An awful experience.  (more)
