I contracted this company in Monarch Beach, California to transport my car from NY to LA on Jan. 17th, 2012. The pick up was scheduled for Jan. 30. By Feb 7th the car still had not been picked up even though I called everyday. False promises were made daily. On Feb 8th All American Auto Transport of Monarch Beach, Ca, agreed to refund my payment for $915. It's been three weeks and I have still not received my refund. Tony, the manager I spoke with daily, was dishonest and unprofessional. The last two times I called about my refund, he hung up on me. I have called the corporate office at 213-254-2457 and no one has bothered to return my call. An awful experience.
