1st Call Auto Haul - Review

If I could give more stars, I would. I started purchasing a car online in March from Georgia. That turned into a nightmare and I ended up purchasing my car from Seattle. Tbh, I was not even going to try again and Eric recommended CarGuru and I found my very specific car I wanted, so I was delighted. The absolute smoothest part of all of this, that took months btw, was working with Eric. He was on top of Both dealerships for me and made sure everything went smoothly once purchase was complete. Before I found him I was abs bombarded with quotes and quickly realized I had no idea what I was doin. Enter Eric! My car arrived in perfect condition! And going clear across the country the time the driver made I thought was impressive! Before you give out your email or God forbid, your # like I did and get hammered with crazy quotes, just work with Eric. I live for reviews so hopefully this helps anyone in the market for car transport!!  (more)

Wow! What a breath of fresh air. I did my Google search and contacted several car carriers. Most were sleezy and hard sell. Many just kept trying to upgrade me into spending more $$$ wwith fear tactics. Eric at 1st Call was the exception. Dealing with the owner of the company directly was a big plus. Dealing with someone honest and trustworthy was the best. Eric was attentive before, during and after delivery. He answered his cell phone or called back promptly when needed. When our driver was running late on pick-up and not answering his cell phone, Eric got right on it and had us information and a call from the driver within 15 minutes! When the driver experienced delivery issues with another car that delayed our delivery Eric was again right on top of the situation. When a service goes well, it always looks good. When you encounter a hic-cup or two that is when you see if a company really gives the service they claim. I am happy to say that Eric at 1st Call really came through when needed . . . and when things were going well, his communication was tops! I would only make one call the next time I have to ship a car . . . . Eric at 1st Call Auto Haul.  (more)

1st Call Auto Haul was specialized and the move was expeditious. Would absolutely use them again. The pickup went easily and delivery was made in the expected time frame. 1st Call Auto Haul was always available and called back tremendously quickly whenever I had any questions for them.  (more)
