J C. Charleston review for Zippy Shell Moving Headquarters

Review Description

I was contacted by Zippy Shell customer service to discuss my moving experience and concerns I wrote about in my previous Yelp review. Along with a sincere apology and promise to resolve some glaring (labor) issues, I was offered a partial refund of labor costs. Although I am still disappointed in my moving experience, I appreciated that Zippy Shell attempted to make amends. Because of the effort they put forth to rectify the situation, I revised my star rating from one star to three stars.
