By being responsible with peoples stuff. Thing I packed inside the cab of my truck arrived outside of the cab damaged and when I emailed they are not excepting responsibility. My truck has scratches down the side and arrived with a screw in the tire from their shipping yard. My newborns walker "new" was what was in the cab of truck. Has missing wheel and freeze and scratches all over it. If you value your possessions that you have worked hard for I had definitely go with a different company. I moved to Dubai and eventually will be moving back to the states. But will most definitely not use this company again
