I was unsure at first as there seems to be a lot of spam in the industry, however my experience using this service went very well. I am leaving them a positive review because I did NOT have any problems and I feel that sometimes people only post if they have a bad experience. As far as I am concerned, this company met expectations (it can be driver dependent). You should know that you cannot directly book a driver unless you are a dealer or broker, so you will have to use an agent. I had another agent that cussed me out on the phone when I mentioned Yelp reviews (which I think are more accurate). Since I had a good experience, I will leave a good review. I do have concerns that they have all 5 or 1 reviews only as I suspect that some of them could be influenced, so they will get a 4.
