Review Description

Sadly, this is not the company it used to be. We have been using them for over a decade and, when asked by a visiting associate to recommend a limo company who could take them from San Diego to Los Angeles, we suggested Village Transportation. After contacting them, twice, and being VERY SPECIFIC with respect to who should pay (i.e. not us) they took our guests to LAX and charged us, stating that the guest had said they would reimburse us...!! How? They live abroad and now we would need to contact them and enter into an embarrassing "he said, she said" debate. As if that was not sufficient, the driver gave himself a $60 tip...!!! In the good old days, with Rosemary at the helm, this would never have happened. Were it not for their new vehicles (i.e. the latest spacious TownCar) I would definitely have given them 1 star.
