I like the other reviewer gave these crooks one star because you have to give them at least one to write the review. They stole my deposit of $200 would not return my calls and never picked up my bike. My credit card company gave up on them also so I got stuck with the $200. Do not use these people. They do not answer the phone or return your email or calls. I had to hire another carrier to ship my bike to the East Coast.
