Zippy Shell Columbus - Review

Locally they are amazing. They banged out the loading and communicated well. I definitely think they were great! But man the corporate associates are rude and unhelpful. The on hold times are HORRIBLE to even get to speak with them. When you do get them on the line they really do not care about you because you are in contract with them by this point and at their mercy. This is a very expensive service, you would at least expect pleasant service.  (more)

First off- Zippy Shell Columbus and Zippy Shell INC. are two totally different companys both legally and professionally!! I cannot thank Dave from Zippy Shell COLUMBUS enough! After making a move from Austin, TX to Columbus, OH- and having the worst time with the INC side ... Dave was the only one to give us any communication, answers, and even results. We spoke to him personally after being notified our shell had finally made it to Columbus. We let him know what terrible experiences we had leading up to him receiving our shell here. He immediately sympathized and worked diligently to personally bring our shell to our new home THAT DAY and even helped us unload. Dave was definitely the light at the end of our long tunnel during our move and we appreciate him so much! I cannot say it enough .... THANK YOU!!  (more)
