wish I could give them more stars what a great team and experience! My wife and I were with another carrier, it was a total nightmare! We had placed an order with XYZ company (in April mind you), I was told closer to the pickup date we would be contacted with exact date and time. We moved June 9 and June 27-30 would be the pick up date, hesitant but we agreed...time had passed by July 6th they still had not found a driver to move our vehicles across country. I called this place and were able to not only get our cars BUT in less than three days... I am grateful for their service and for that awesome driver for making our move to Oklahoma great. Been meaning to update this post. I later got a call from Van3 (Bobby) who agreed that my car should not have been dirty (the shipper is 3rd party) and reimbursed me my deposit for my frustration. I guess I would still only use this company again, if I was guaranteed another 3rd party shipper. Again, price-wise, Van3 is pretty competitive...so I had suggest research and weighing your choices.  (more)

Van 3 Auto Transport shipped my vehicle from Los Angeles to Miami. Their customer service was outstanding and they really helped me understand the entire car shipping industry. The price that I recieved was only $899.00, which was about $200.00 better than most other car shipping companies. I loved the fact that I Van 3 is a carrier as well as a broker, not just a broker like everyone else. These guys actually have their own trucks and my vehicle was actually shipped on one of their own trucks. Their price was firm and they were able to give me an exact pick up an delivery window. Their driver was the same driver my friend used when he shipped his vehicle with them four months ago. He was very nice and informative. He provided us with his cell phone and we kept in touch while my vehicle was in transit to Miami. I did not have to pay the full price, they only needed a small deposit of $150.00 and I paid the balance when the vehicle was delivered in Miami. The driver told me that he accepts all payment methods, which worked out great for me. When I ship my vehicle back to LA, I will be using them again for sure, these guys really know how to get the job done without any problems.  (more)

Van 3 did an outstanding job transporting my vehicle once again from Illinois to Florida. I have been using their services for more than four years now, and I will only be using them in the future. The first time I used them was because of their great prices. I know that can be risky, but they truely gave me one of the lowest prices. I was a bit skeptical, but it worked out great! My vehicle was picked up and delviered on time without any issues at all! Their driver was very nice and kept me updated every day of his location and expected delivery date. The second time I used them, I did not even call other companies, as I felt they will take care of me again. This time, they shipped my car from Florida to Illinois- with the exact same result! Amazing service and great price! At that point, I knew there is no turning back. I have used them 8 times now (4 years 2 times per year) and it has always been a very stress-free experience. I dont always get the same driver, but I am always well taken care of by their employees. They have always been on time and my vehicle always arrives without any dents or dings. I would recommend anyone looking to ship their vehicle to use Van 3 Auto Transport, as they are truely a team of great professionals and always take care of their customers.  (more)

Finding a good car shipping company is difficult and is definitely a task that can become overwhelming. I called around to get prices from quite a few different companies, but their prices were all ridiculous. When I called this company, their price seemed a bit too good to be true. I am on a very tight budget I had no choice but to trust them: their price was about $300.00 less than nearby competitors. The whole booking process was very simple and done over the phone in less than five minutes. The driver was very friendly and picked up my vehicle on the day I needed pick up. My car was safely delivered four days later in Florida. I still cannot believe the price I paid for the car shipping service: it was affordable and within budget, my vehicle is well taken care of, and delivered on time. Van 3 Auto Transport shipped my car from Chicago to San Francisco.They told me it will be there by February 16 but it was delivered February 17.That is not a problem,because the weather was extremely cold and there was a lot of snow in the Chicago area.I appreciated their communication ahead of time in order to let me know.They called me almost every day in which my car was in transit to let me know where it is.They gave me the best car shipping rate,which was awesome.The person that I called me every day was Bobby.Thanks Bobby!  (more)
