UZ Auto Transport Inc. - Review

Although I had to wait more than a week for an available truck to ship my car, once I was assigned a truck the communication was excellent and the trip went very smoothly, arriving only one day after they said they would but advising us of the delay. The car was delivered timely and in good condition. Definitely would use again.  (more)

This has absolutely been the worst experience with this company. I ordered this service exactly 2 weeks ago today. I was quoted 800.00 with a 100.00 deposit with a signed contract. After 5 days of no contact I called and was told that it can not be done for that price even after I signed a contract stating the price. I was told if I cancelled it would cost me 200 so I agreed to the extra 200.00 because I was going to pay it either way. The vehicle was picked up a week ago and was told the truck broke down and now a week later the truck broke down again. This has been absolutely the worst experience and would strongly recommend not using this company.  (more)
