: Never use this company
I would never use this company again! BEWARE of extreme price increasing without knowledge.
I needed my car jumped and the rate was more than doubled on a Sunday before a holiday. A normal fee of $19 was $55 and the jump service was alone $179 on top of the $89 fee for the guy to bring jumper cables.
During a time of distress, this company takes advantage of you.
I spoke with them about this and they simply said I did not ask what the rate was. When I asked for the manager, the operator gave me the phone number for the guy that come out to help me and the guy who jumped my car said he was not the manager making it awkward.
So, look up again company to use. West Hollywood Towing will rip you off. (more)
