Route Runners Auto Transport - Review

I dealt with Brandon and Rob to have a vehicle shipped. My date for transport was flexible so I was pleased when they were able to pick my vehicle up and start shipment with 4 days. They were reasonably priced and up front about the way this transport worked. Everything on their end went very smoothly, much better than anticipated. When my vehicle arrived in California the interstate truck driver turned the vehicle over to a local company who gave me a bit of a run around about delivery. I contacted Brandon and both him and Rob handled the situation immediately. Rob immediately called the interstate driver and the local driver. They were able to have my vehicle delivered for me. I was very pleased with Route Runners and would definitely use them again and refer them.  (more)

If I could give them a negative number rating if I could. Contacted them about a month before I needed a car shipped. They said "do not worry", we will get back to you about 5 to 7 days prior to your shipment date. Did not hear from Dan, so I called. "Oh, no problem". Again no word. Then I called again. I was told by Dan, they would likely pickup my car in two days. Again, no word from them after two days. Called repeatedly and was assured they would pickup the car. No pickup. Called again today, now no one answers, just get voice mail and no returned call. I highly recommend you avoid them like the plague. I can see by other reviews, this has happened to other clients.  (more)
