: misrepresenting the order
As a carrier, I was assigned a pick up with this company. When I arrived, after driving over 100 miles. the car was not able to be moved. I spent 3 hours trying to get this vehicle out of the garage and into my trailer. spoke with the dispatcher 3 times explaining my situation, was finally told to leave it at location and I would receive a partial payment. Now they will not honor that fact and will not speak to me again. Shippers beware. They have received a 1 rating on Central Dispatch for misrepresenting the order. (more)

: Communicated very well
I have been using pre-owned for several years in shipping my car from Boston to Florida.
The customer service is GREAT!
In todays age of shoddy service, this is a very welcome relief.
Communication is prompt, people are professional and friendly.
