: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness.
When I placed my order from shoppers beauty , I left a extra comment about my unit buzz number. But the mail carrier only took a photo in front of my building without calling or trying to attempt delivery. Finally my parcel went back to warehouse without any notice to me! Nobody takes responsibility and apologizes about this even though it is Not customers mistake but their mistakes! I placed my order on Sep 2 but still I haven’t received my parcel. I asked and wrote an email tons of times but they do not answer about re-shipping clearly. I wasted my time and emotional energy during last 10 days. I was so stressful and frustrated. Be aware this company! Unprofessional!! (more)
