Pasadena Movers - Review

The day I called I got a quote and a time of arrival. A few days later they called me to tell me they need to switch the arrival time from 9am-11am to 2pm-6pm, I was confused but I said ok cool. The day of my move 7/16/21 I called the company to ask for a eta because it was now after 3pm and Houston rush hour traffic was about to get crazy. Several people assured me that the movers will be there between 2pm-6pm and that I will received a call once they are on the way. Here it is pushing 4pm I called back and a lady name Morgan told me that the drivers will not be able to make it because they are still doing a job. At this point I am pissed because I been waiting around all day for them to get here just to be told they are not coming. I then ask Morgan can they come in the morning she told me yes but prior the last agent told me they did not have any available times for the morning. Morgan did knock 50 dollars off my deposit but I should not had been charged one because they inconvenience me twice. I can say the the 2 men that moved me did a great job and they got done quick. I made sure I tipped them because they did a great job. Overall my customer service experience was pissed poor but the two movers were excellent Pasadena Movers please get it together. All of all in the office need to be on one accord. If you know all are overbooked mentioned that to the customer so they can decide on what to do from there.  (more)
