: very rude
This was the worst experience. We paid them immediately for service and Mia/Michele said our bike would ship the next week. Our bike was 3 weeks late, messing up our entire plan for our honeymoon. They were extremely rude and tried to bride my wife for taking down her post on yelp. Then when she inquired about a refund they just were unavailable. Mia/Michele gave us an incorrect shipping tracking number so for weeks we thought our bike had shipped and it had not even left the port. We had to call the port and see what was going on and they said our bike was still sitting in the container and they were waiting on information from "mia/michele". They charged us too much, were extremely rude and lied to us multiple times. (more)
