Link Auto Transport - Review

So, I called and requested for my car to be picked up on August 24 from San Diego to Tennessee. They quoted me for $850 with insurance so I took the offer. Come August 23 I have not heard anything from them so I called them. They told me that it probably would not be picked up until the 25th and its going to cost me more money after I already made the $850 payment in full. So I argued the fact that we agreed on a specific day and price and thats what I expect. He apologized and told me everything is estimated. Then he offered to give me the number of the actual company that doing the move and call them myself for more answers. So what I learned was this company is just a middle man and your paying them for making a phone call, plus they could not give me an exact day of pick up or delivery. I highly recommended that you find a company that actually owns the trucks. My car did make it just fine and the driver was a very friendly guy who told me that you can call his company Cypress Auto Shipping directly at 7146809121 based out of Anaheim, Ca.
