Jet Cargo Express - Review

Jet Cargo Express is an Excellent company! I have shipped my cars with many other carriers/brokers and my experience has been awful! Jet Cargo treats us like we are family and takes extra care of our cars - we ship 2 cars twice a year for the last 12 years and I LOVE Jet Cargo. They are honest, reliable, professional and treat you as their own family. They are a husband and wife business and you can have the best transport experience with them. They keep you informed and usually deliver our cars early! Their pricing is cheaper than most other companies. I would pay even more than the other companies due to their knowledge of the transport business and the safety and honesty of the owners. I TRUST THEM TOTALLY! Best company Ever!!!!  (more)

The most unprofessional agency I have ever worked with. Communication is absolutely terrible. Contracted to pick up on a Sunday did not pick up until Thursday every time I called I would be told they would call me back with an update and never did. I would have to constantly follow up. Each time I called the driver would be on his way after XYZ stops then at the end of the day I had call again to be told the driver would definitely pick up" the following day. My car was due in Tempe on Sunday and was not delivered until Thursday after being given every excuse in the book as to why I had not received the car yet. Was told that the delivery would be around my schedule but when they finally deigned to deliver my car I was told the driver has to deliver now because he needs to make pickups otherwise we cannot guarantee a delivery today so much for working around my schedule. Absolutely the worst, least organized operation I have ever dealt with. I would not ship my bicycle with this company let alone a car again.  (more)
