Terrible customer service. Lowball customers to get their business then bait and switch and then wonder why people get upset. They hung up on me when I called them out on their mess. Look up their google ratings they are terrible. Bad service. Dishonest broker. Stay away
She responded to this review like shes a pro. But she gave my phone number to 100 auto companies who have been calling me nonstop and spamming my email. Then emails me at 8am taunting me. Shes very unprofessional and should find another line of work (more)

: Fantastic Service!
Melissa was excellent to work with providing prompt, professional customer service, great communication and was extremely patient and informative while I was looking for unique transport for my 1953 antique travel trailer. She found a suitable driver for me in a very timely manner considering my odd request though I ultimately had to alter my delivery plans. I would recommend. (more)

: Big Talk No Delivery
Contacted Johnny Grifo in response to his email offering quote of $735 on 12/27/2015. Filled out his paperwork and sent back to him a day later. Told him I was not in a rush. I am familiar with the broker/board set up having used it twice before (with similarly disappointing results). My last two buys I went and picked up myself. After about 3 weeks I started to contact Johnny every two or three days. Johnny stopped taking my calls and would only text. First is was the weather (could be) then it was the employee he had to fire (your problem, not mine) then it was "I will start calling drivers" (should have been doing this by now). Long story short, I had to initiate all contact and gave Johnny 6 full weeks with no results. Now planning on going to OH myself. Really just done with the whole broker/board world. VERY FEW REPUTABLE PEOPLE OUT THERE. (more)
