Top notch moving company!!! From start to finish everyone we dealt with from booking to move were great. They were punctual, helpful, very reasonably priced and kept you informed throughout the whole process. I Totally recommend this company and would 100% use them again.  (more)

Subject : Worst Experience

Stay away from Flat Fee Movers in NYC. I called them Wednesday and did not receive my confirmation until Friday after several phone calls with promises of its coming soon. My move was scheduled for Saturday between 12-2. When no one showed up I called at 2:30. I was told that they were one man down and so I could either reschedule or they would show up by 7pm. I decided to wait. By 7:30 no one had shown up and at that time no one answered their phone. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! WORT COMPANY! Although they may seem to be a legitimate business with their website, I would not recommend this company to anyone. STAY AWAY!  (more)
