Del mar Auto Transport - Review

I am extremely satisfied with the car transport and the way Del Mar auto transport handles the pick and delivery. On 04/04/2019 at 11:00 AM my car has been picked from Avenel, New Jersey. On 04/07/2019 at 4:30 PM local time, my car is delivered in Scottsdale, Arizona. I sent my car on Thursday and booked my flight ticket for Sunday thinking car will take another few days to deliver. To my surprise, as soon as I landed in Phoenix airport this morning, I got the call from driver that car should be delivered by evening. Car has delivered with it is original condition ( of course, body will have some dust during transport which needs a car wash, that is fairly acceptable). Suchi who called me initially from the transport did all necessary arrangements and assigned right people for the transport.  (more)

So they are not really a transport company. They are just brokers that try to book your vehicle on some other truck. They promise you a date and then do not even tell you that your date is up in the air until you are 48 hours from the date they promised you would be good for. So then you are stuck 2 days away from leaving and then you have to jump through your butt to try to find someone to pick up your vehicle in the next 48 hours. And of course note you are paying a premium for the short notice. Would never use these guys. Cannot even say I ever used them because they bailed on me but definitely felt the need to warn anyone who reads these reviews.  (more)
