Our experience was positive from the first phone call we received after requesting a quote our next contact was a call from their customer support that they had a driver that would be in our area about a week ahead of when we originally planned to ship our vehicle and everything went smoothly without any tragedy. I wanted to thank alabamafreight for all help and patience.I was in busy schedule and I want to ship my car immediately.I called alabamafreight,the representative of this company offered best quote and I decided to go with this company.Within the same day my car was assigned a carrier and my car was picked on time and arrived quickly and was very informed on where and when the car arrived and was picked up! I had paid a deposit for another transport company and they never picked up the vehicle and I lost my money. Friend of mine referred this company. People at the alabamafreight transport were very knowledgeable, very professional and they answered all my questions very promptly. My car arrived in perfect condition but little dirty, but driver explained me the situation and it was understandable.
