: No Follow Up Service On Damage
We scheduled a carrier (Xpresspd) through G&L Enterprises (which did a great job). The car delivery was planned for 6:00 pm and then offered for night delivery (11:00 pm), we scheduled for the next day at 4:00pm and the car was delivered at 9:00 pm that night. Upon inspection in the daylight of following day there was damage (scratches) on the passenger side of the vehicle. Xpresspd contact numbers did not respond and would not accept voicemail, so we had to follow-up with the carrier driver and the scheduling company (G&L) who also could not get response from the carrier. We are still unable after 10 days to obtain a response from Xpresspd and are now having to file a damage report with the police department to process through our own insurance. (more)

I have worked with Xpresspd and was very impressed with the quality of service. My car was picked on expected date and delivered to me before the expected date.Staffs were very courteous,knowledgable and friendly and they responded to my phone calls and emails on time.I am happy with the service I reviced from Xpresspd .I would Recommend them highly and will work with them again for future transport needs. I choose Xpresspd after submitting a request for quotes and then researching the companies online in order to pick a reputable company. Everyone we spoke to was courteous and all of our questions were answered satisfactorally. The driver who picked up my car was on time, professional and plain and simply put a very hard working man who took pride in his work.I would highly recommend this company, they were the most affordable and had great service! : Professional & Excellent Service
We moved two vehicles from Wisconsin to Washington with this company and everything happened on time and our vehicles were delivered without any damage or any problem. The driver was helpful and he worked with me to ensure that I was available for the drop-off, and he stayed in constant contact with me to ensure timely drop-off. We will be calling you again soon! I read a lot of reviews before choosing Xpresspd. .I selected this company by their good reviews and realiabilty. I am so happy with my decision and my experience with this Transport.My car arrived on time but a bit dirtier than expected but driver was excellent and explained the situation very well. Staffs at this transport worked around my schedule and contacted me several times during the week to update me.Keep it up!!!!You guys are the best!! (more)

: Excellent service from Xpresspd
I have never shipped a car before; my first experience was a very good experience. After reading "horror" stories on auto delivery for other carriers, I decided to go with Xpresspd transport. The car was picked up on time and the transport carrier was very flexible at the pickup point and communicated well. Their customer service was great and they kept me informed about the status of the transportation. I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Xpresspd transport. This is the first time I have had a vehicle transported. I was kept up to date on progress throughout delivery process. My vehicle was delivered on time with no damages. I would definitely recommend Xpresspd Transport to my family and friends and I will use them again for transport. (more)
