Subject : Carrier was professional.

Carrier was professional. The car arrived undamaged in a very timely manner. I was told it would be picked up on saturday and delivered the following saturday. This schedule was honored. Also, the driver contacted me the day before he arrived and gave me an expected delivery time. He also contacted me an hour before his arrival and when he did arrive. The company very carefully lowered the car from the truck to avoid scratching the fender.  (more)

Subject : very professional and helpful

I called this company up trying to ship my car from NY to CA. They were very professional and helpful during the booking process. I booked about 3 weeks in advance in the hopes that that they would have a driver for the time that I wanted to give the car up. A few days before I left they still did not have a driver for me. I gave 3 stars because when I called for a refund they were professional and I did receive my $200 deposit with no issues.  (more)
