Steve kept haggling me on the phone to sign up and low ball the price.I was suspicious from the beginiing but thoguht it was a good price.They talk nice and then suck you up.Would not provide contract and charge deposit and after that do npot refund it despite delaying shipping by 4 days.DO NOT USE THEM (more)

I really cannot say enough about this excellent company and, including and most specifically Nick! That angel of a guy truly saved the day - no exaggeration at all. Lets just say one very important ball got dropped by yours truly for.my wedding weekend (cough). And as you might image I would have paid at that point anything, but there was no gouging.. Thank you Nick and thank you VIP Transportation! (more)

VIP Transportation has been so accommodating with us since the get-go. They were so friendly, easy to book, and well priced! The party bus was clean, very modern, and had plenty of space for our bridal party! Our driver Thomas was so easy to work with. He took us to our church, photo location, and venue without any hesitation. Also important to note, the sound system was perfect for our pre & post party play list! We will definitely be booking them again in the future. (more)

These kinds of peoples are too great in obeying the customers words. The staff was so polite and helpful. . I want to thank you for being as prompt and courteous as they said you would be. There are thousands of reasons to find one good professional and it is hard trust in this process. Finally I got the VIP transport and they were really excellent and superb in their work. (more)

I contacted VIP auto transport to confidently pick up a restored classic car from Idaho to the east coast. Speaking to Mike the dispatcher from the company was very obliging, although I was unable to use this company due to delivery dates and location. I would highly suggest this company as they were very useful and honest. I highly recommend this company and trust to work with them in the future. (more)
