Customer services responds rapidly when pressured. Management is about the customers but when there no management involved the customer service is really bad and rude. Stars are for the management that is all not for the service. (more)

Ultimate Auto Shipping exceeded expectations & delivered! Price quoted was what I was charged. Pat was clear on everything and set my expectations. Told him when I needed delivery, and it showed up a day early. I was kept informed and Pat followed up along the way. I researched for a week to find someone I was comfortable with at a decent price. Quotes were between $1000 and $3700 to ship coast to coast, with reviews all over the place. Pat is the real deal. I will use him from now on. (more)

The car reached to my destination earlier than my arrival. They hold the car and brought it to me soon as I arrived to the state. Driver who delivered my car was very nice and helpful. Over all the transaction was very helpful and a good one. (more)
